1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.maresourcesuae.com (the "Site") or engaging Majestic Abundant Resources FZ-LLC ("MAR", "we", "us", "our") for any product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

MAR provides custom branded merchandise and printing, event equipment and furniture rental, professional business services (project management, corporate support, documents clearing), and digital solutions (branding, social media, SEO, content creation) across the UAE. Product images on this Site are representative of the styles and finishes available; final products may vary slightly in color or material depending on supplier stock.

3. Quotes & Orders

Prices and availability are confirmed on a per-inquiry basis via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form and are not binding until confirmed in writing by MAR. Orders are only considered accepted once MAR has confirmed the specification, price, and delivery timeline with the customer.

4. Payment

Payment terms (including any deposit requirements) will be communicated at the time of quotation. Custom-branded and printed items are produced to order and are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where the finished goods do not match the confirmed specification.

5. Event Equipment Rental

Rental equipment remains the property of MAR at all times. The hiring customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period and may be charged for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Delivery, setup, and collection windows will be agreed in advance for each event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and the MAR logo, is the property of Majestic Abundant Resources FZ-LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Artwork and logos submitted by customers for branding/printing remain the property of the customer; by submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.

7. Limitation of Liability

MAR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
